If the car you want is not listed and you’re happy to wait a little longer, tell us what your after and we can look to see if it fits our model, in most cases we can do this and we will order in a specific car, so that you’re not off the road we can offer a lead in vehicle until the new car arrives.
To start the process, simply fill out a quick and easy enquiry form. From the information you provide, we’ll assess your eligibility for the car you’re interested in and provide an answer within 4 working hours. If for any reason you’re unsuccessful, we may be able to offer other vehicles or a different solution.
You’ll need to arrange insurance for your new car. This must be fully comprehensive, in your name, and must be in place ready for when you collect your car from us.
Once all your paperwork and proofs are complete, you will then await arrival of your vehicle, we aim to deliver all new cars direct to consumers addresses or business premises. You must be available to take delivery of your new vehicle and inspect for any damage that may have occurred during delivery. If this is not reported in the outset, we cannot be held responsible.
For complete flexibility, our agreements are 89 days long. We find all our clients want to keep their vehicle longer than 89 days, so we send out future agreements by email and ask all clients to resign and send them back, this ensures we keep our funders happy and you are still covered with our extensive after service cover.
It’s essential you keep us up to date with your monthly mileages, this ensures we are keeping track on service levels and helps us to ensure your not tracking over your mileage allowances, we guarantee that you will not want to incur mileage excess charges and we want to assist you in insuring this does not happen.

We are transparent when it comes to off hire damage charges, if you have damaged your vehicle and return it unrepaired we follow the terms set out in our Service level agreement and offer you a very competitive damage repair rate, if your not happy with that quotation we can put the vehicle back on rental to you and you can arrange to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere at your cost. We just stress that it must be an AA approved repairer, as any poor repairs may attract further costs.

Any Speeding, parking, congestion and traffic offence charges unfortunately will attract an administration charge, if you pick any fines up you will need to settle this with the relevant authority. As soon as we’re notified, we’ll send you details of the charge so that you can deal with it directly. It is a very time-consuming operation dealing with large numbers of these and a cost that unfortunately we must pass back to our customer base.
With our flex product all maintenance, servicing, Tyre replacement and 24hr breakdown is covered by us. But do be careful we do not cover for accidental damage, if you kurb a wheel, its your responsibility to repair
